No Excuses - just pictures

Here we go with makeup posts...

Let's start with Christmas 2013

Out at Grammy and Granddaddy's house Jack and Nathan had a present scavenger hunt.  It started outside with some smaller presents.....

And wound up over at the pond with this baby!

Nate would have totally been into the hunt except there was a tractor visible on the property.

 Our little tractor gremlin

Daddy building model airplanes

This is a project Nate can totally get into.

 Airplane!

Next we drove up to Tacoma for Christmas with Gramma Jean, Gramps and Auntie TC.

Look at these two scoundrels sneaking a peak!

 Caught red handed Nate!

Nate showing off his custom John Deere jean jacket made by Super Grammy.

Check out these two in their tractor duds.

Let the Lego fun (and cleanup) begin.

Now its over to Granny Franny's house for Liebert Christmas Eve.

 Uncle Mike and cousin Mikey

We found Nate commandeering Snoopy's sleigh.

Jack and Matty - too cool!

Uhhhh - I'm not sure I'd describe these two as cool...

But - we all ended up getting in on the fun.

Are you keeping up???

Now we're off to Christmas Morning at the Carlson's
 Nate Dogg

Uncle Larry and Gramps cooking our traditional Swedish Pancake breakfast.
(Note Ryan in the background sneaking bacon)

This John Deere boy is going out with Aunt Gail for some horse riding.  He's got his sleigh bells ready.

Even the horse gets John Deere fever!

Aunt Gail demonstrating her new carriage.

 Galloping!

Ha!  Learning about the responsibilities of being a horse owner.

And now we are off to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho for cousin Lee's wedding.

There wasn't snow on the ground but it was freezing.  Jack mugging with Uncle Greg and his warm scarf.

Jack and cousins Ellen and Olivia

 These cousins love to dance!

Not sure what this is move is called...

 Granddaddy SQUEEZE!

 Here's Jack doing the Gater

Nate was excited to see that the wedding favors were See's suckers.  Apparently he was slightly confused on the proper way to enjoy them.

Much better - at least we're in the right general area now.

 Sucker battle with Auntie Jan

The morning after the wedding we got together we everyone for breakfast before hitting the road back to California

Ellen and Jack comparing how tall they are.

Nate kept trying to pet his new cousin Matthew

And finally, 30 minutes before we head home, the snow begins to fall!
