Snow Day!!!

We woke up this morning to a great Christmas surprise - SNOW!

"This icy ramp looks really safe. C'mon guys, where's my parental guidance?"

 "Ahhhhh! It ate my feet!"

We all got tired of Mom constantly snapping pictures so we decided to shut her down with a snowball up her lense.

Even Jack got into the snowball throwing (at Mom) action!

"Hey! How come nobody's pulling me anymore? Chop, chop!"

I tried a cookie sheet sled on a hill, but it made a better snow plow. So I decided the next best thing was for Jack and me to ride the wagon down the icy road... with only minimal traffic coming.

Waiting for some cocoa and hoping to get warm soon.

More Christmas Photos

After a week of visiting, Jack has finally started calling everyone by name: Auntie T.C. "See see"; Gramma "Dabba" Jean; and Gramps comes out as "Naps". We all loved the irony in that one!!!

Jack got a ride-on truck from Granny Franny, Uncle Leo and Aunt Michelle.

The only problem was that he considers himself the best kind of cargo.

Christmas morning Jack unwrapped his present from Santa.

It was a dancing Mickey Mouse!  He got a lot of hugs and kisses from Jack.

Aunt Debbie and Uncle Mark got Jack a real life Ferrari bike shipped all the way from Italy!!! This thing is cool! What you can't see here is the "leather" bucket seat and Ferrari racing harness.

Jack chose to wear the Ferrari hat that his Great Grammie and Grandpa got him backwards. He already understands the basics of aerodynamic physics!

Jack learning about sharing with his cousin Matty. I think we'll be enrolling him in a remedial course.

This bear from his cousin, Sara, was as big as Jack!

Gramps and Ryan cooking Christmas morning breakfast. Ryan clearly got first pick of the aprons.

Jack's first Swedish Pancake! (A Carlson family Christmas tradition.) Oh, baby!

Great Grammy Lawler got Jack a tractor to match Granddaddy's. Too bad Buzz needed to commandeer it for "official Space Ranger business".

After pushing it around for a half-hour, he finally figured out he could drive it.

So tired! Vacations are rough!

I think he needs a side car.

Oh, How My Jack Loves His Cocoa!

Sugar High!

We took a trip over to Black Bear Yogurt for an evening full of SUGAR!

Of course Jack wanted to taste everyone's flavors.

"Pretty good, but I might need another taste later."

Gramps and Jack had a tower building competition.

 "Beat that one, Gramps!"

 "Oh Yeah!!!"

"Bet you can't do that again."

Jack started choking after a sip of cocoa so Gramps had to show him arms up when you cough.

It was so hilarious he made sure to choke after each and every sip!

"Help, Gramps! Help!"

Amy's Friends

With most of us home for Christmas, we had a get-together.

Jack was not feeling so awesome about sharing his toys with Peyton.  Let's just say it wasn't Jack's finest night!

And this is where the pictures end... after the 100th tantrum of the night.

Gramps' Boots

Nothing beats wearing Gramps' Boots!

"Zoolights"

We took Jack in his new Christmas wagon to the Point Definance Zoo for "Zoolights".

Jack hasn't figured out that he should look at the camera as he says "Cheese."

Gramma Jean hooked him up with some Cocoa.  Try and find a picture of Jack without his cup.

We went on our first Carousel ride - LOVED IT!

And if you thought Jack was excited, just take a look at Mommy in this video!

Gramma Jean and Auntie TC even went along for the ride.

The whole walk out Jack held Auntie TC's hand and "raced" to the car.
