Bunk Bed!

Jack is 15 days away from turning 4!  For his birthday this year he will be moving his bedroom upstairs and told us he wanted a big boy bunk bed.

As soon as we brought home the boxes last night, he started begging for us to build "the whole thing" so he could spend his first night on the top bunk.

I won't admit what time we finished - i.e. what time Jack stayed up until.  He was so excited to climb the ladder.

We told him that once he was tucked in we didn't want him climbing down the ladder in the dark.  Did we have success???  He only climbed down 14 times before morning - you tell me...

Tractor Show

Nate got to go to his very first farm show this year.  With his current obsession over tractors, this was quite a big hit!

Granddaddy kept telling us we had to go check out the backhoe loader - after we got the demonstration of all the crazy things it could do we understood why.
