First 3-D Ultrasound

Today we had the 3-D ultrasound to check for any glaring problems - none found!!! Top of the spine was less than 1cm (3cm could mean a problem), size was good and we heard the heartbeat for the first time. We promised we wouldn't hold the tech to her word or start painting the nursery but she gave us a 90% this was a little boy! The little one was relaxing on his back and had his legs crossed in the air. Every once in a while he would lift his arm up and give us a little wave. Everything looked good and healthy and we'll be back in 5 weeks for the complete and detailed exam.
