First Day of School

 

Today Jack started Pre-K at St. Paul's.

Summer Fun

Of course, Gramps' Workshop made an appearance again this summer -

 

 Gramps teaching Jack all the tricks his new garbage truck can do.

And finally, we've been having a lot of trouble with packs of wild animals roaming through the house.  Its not often I'm able to get pictures of this phenomenon but here is a rare one...

What We've Been Up To

So Jack started school only for us to discover he was too young for afterschool care and we were now responsible to find child care every afternoon for him...bummer....sooooo......

 

Gramma Jean to the rescue!  We picked up Gramma Jean and Granny Franny and they are staying with us for the summer in this crazy heat to help take care of the kids.  Woohoo - party!!!!

 

 

 Apparently Mickey Mouse isn't as entertaining as it used to be.

 

 Nate's FAVORITE thing to do is get rides with Granny Franny.

 

 At 100+ degrees every day we have had a lot of pool time.

 

 Oh boy - really Nate???  Naked?!?!?

 

 

 Gramma Jean gave us the proper demonstration of sparklers.
 

 Fun fact - did you know she was on the drill team in high school?

 It was so hot during the fireworks show we had to do some night swimming.

 

 I guess Ryan is really into those fireworks.
