Lawler Wedding
Ryan's cousin, Jeff, was married at the State Capital in Washington last weekend. If you have ever been there you will remember the great number of stairs leading to the entrance. Jack was overwhelmed by the opportunity to climb, climb, climb!
Whew - I made it in one piece.
Ladies, you can just call me Rocky.
Then it was time for some dino calls at the Capital.

This cake is delicious. Maddie doesn't even notice that I'm eating all of hers.
Will work for Tips!
Mom - this is George's nose.
Don't be jealous.
Jack's Trac
Once again Gramps comes through with an awesome new tractor designed and built by him. Get ready for the farming to start!

The Chicken of the Sea
This weekend we took out Amy's boat, "The Chicken of the Sea". (If you don't recall this story, please read the disaster of "Mother's Day, 2009"... which actually took place in August...) Of course the Phillips family was with us and we had a great time cruising around and picnicking.
Playing With the Hose
Jack just figured out how much fun it is to play with the hose... that is until it gets you back! Amy was shooting some video through the window of Jack playing in the back yard:
Peek-A-Boo
Jack is totally into Peek-A-Boo books right now. Here is a cute video of his mom reading one to him before bed. See how calm and sleepy he is by the end?
4th of July
Family tradition for me growing up was always going over to the parent's house of Jack's Godfather for the 4th of July, so we decided to do it again this year! Thanks Doug and Caralee for having us! We started the afternoon swimming in the pool...
It's Grillin' Time!
I've been running the BBQ a lot this summer and Jack has always been interested. Well, when we found this at Toys-R-Us, we just couldn't pass it up. The grill talks back and forth with all the other condiments and utensils and Jack can't get enough of it. I am also quite fond of it as I have already tripped over it in the middle of the night and also awoken to "burglars" in the house because the stupid thing has randomly gone off at 3 A.M.
